50 Shades of Water Lilies
Isabelle Delannoy is particularly fond of series which allow her to explore the same subject in depth and thus make unsuspected discoveries. Each work is unique!
Isabelle Delannoy loves series, the theme can be the same, but the result is always different. The idea of the Nymphéas became obvious when the artist visited in 2018 the exhibition Nympheas : American abstraction and the last Monet. The name was found naturally when two of these floral paintings were selected for the film “50 Shades of Gray”

The ‘50 Shades of Water Lilies” series will consist of 50 paintings of the magical setting of Monet’s Water Lilies pond, a long series that has just begun… Isabelle Delannoy loves series: the theme may be the same, but the result is always different.
Versions 12 and 13 are collages and version 14 is a pastel. The following versions are in progress…
